to make my end of the month report easier?....I have many names and things to keep track of daily and the end of the month I have to add all of this and my #`s have to come up right. A lot of math involoved. It would make my job easier if I could go to the computer everyday and add these figures and at the end of the month just print the report out and the computer would do all the math for me. Thanks in advance

Ok This what you do. Micorsoft Excel Can do it for you perfectly well. All you need is to simplify the fomular inwhich you want to use in making your calculations so that everytime you type in a number you will get the totals without craking your head too much.

Excel is what you need.

Thanks

The _easiest_ option is probably a spreadsheet. If you wanted to do something a little more fancy then you could use a database, but a spreadsheet is all that is really necessary. If your PC came with Windows pre-installed, then the chances are good that you already have a copy of Excel or Microsoft Works. Either will do.
