You've indicated that you don't mind showing off your legs. For sexy but classy I'm always impressed by a short skirt with a top that fits close to your neck. If you show too much top AND bottom it can look a bit too slutty!
Oh and wear the same colour panties as your skirt too just in case someone gets a flash at some point while your out and about. It's less slutty when they are the same colour.
I bet you didn't expect a guy to give you this advice. We notice these things you know.

If you want to impress dress elegant! Every other girl will wear mini skirts and boots and whatever they can in order to expose more. Trust me, men like mystery.They would prefer a girl who has something to hide than one who is showing everything. The black dress, as the other lady suggested is an excellent idea. Wear it with red shoes and take a red bag with you. If the dress is mini then don't show much of your breasts. If you don't have red shoes you could also wear animal print shoes and carry a similar bag. That would make an impression and it is a must in fashion shows. Pay attention to your make up too. Highlight your lips or your eyes. Not both of them. My suggestion would be:
mini black dress, red shoes, red bag, red lips, a black coat (as it is cold outside) and black gloves because you want to look great inside the club and outside of it. Have fun!!!

low cut dress, yes skirt and boots is a head-turner! but i prefer you wear something simple like street jeans and a plain t-shirt but with catchy accessories like big bangles and earrings and a very good hair-do

I frequently gown to electrify, yet sometimes I gown to be snug. on the same time as quickly as I gown to be snug, I dont seem sloppy. Like I placed on leggings, yoga pants and equipped (yet soft and comfortable) t-shirts and hoodies particularly of saggy, previous or stained stuff.
