I've found that a gentle facial moisturizer works best for me. Using a cotton ball, gently wiping from the top to bottom.

first of all waterproof mascara pulls out your eye lashes so don't use it. but for when you do use it use maybelline expert eyes. get a Q tip and dip it in the bottle and rub your eyes with it. it should come off.

use baby oil first then wipe off the excess with a baby wipe. baby wipes work for almost anything!
