when working a night shift, even though its warmer than when you sleep through the night???

I never had that problem when I was working nights.

I work the night shift, I am not cold when I sleep during the day, I have blankets and heat.

Part of the sleeping pattern involves lowering of your body temperature. It's something that actually helps you sleep.

you body loses heat since your muscle tissue is not working, and your circadian rythem tells you body when they think it should sleep, it not that your body is warmer its your head telling you something is wrong.

I usually go to sleep around 6am.
