I suggest you ask the Police or contact a Jump club -- especially one that specialises in base jumping. No, seriously! I assume you want to do a base jump, right? I mean, if you wanted to kill yourself you wouldn't be worried about getting permission... (Duhhh!!) :))
Anyway, the fact is that if you want to do a base jump, the main concerns are that you do not endanger any person or property, which includes the awkward problem if you get hooked up in a tree and have to be rescued and so forth. Embarrassing but it happens, as you no doubt know. That's why there are laws about this usually. And this means the consequential issue as well: they don't want anyone to have a wreck because they see you leap off the parapet and go sailing off into space...
It can also be a technical wrinkle if the bridge in question actually is a link between two states. One state might allow it and the other might not -- which is problematic if you land on the illegal side...
I saw a program here on TV a while back, where several hundred people did base jumps on the same day from one bridge. Can't recall where but it was in the US, and it was all done in arrangement with the Police and emergency workers. I think the worst injury was a sprained ankle when one guy landed in a tree... But it looked so cool, all these people diving off in pairs and so forth!
Anyway, I hope this helps!

If you are talking about suicide, well, that's illegal, but if you are talking about 'Base Jumping' with a parachute, well, that's legal, but you have to have a permit. Good luck getting a permit though.
Personally, I think jumping with or without a parachute is suicide.

no remember if or no longer they desire to be approached, or left on my own is many times the version between approachable and not approachable. rather everyone could be approached in a hypothetical subject, no longer all circumstances are hypothetical nonetheless. maximum persons %. up on whilst somebody needs to be left on my own, and whilst they sense like coming near human beings, they many times enable human beings understand via coming near human beings.

If there is such a law, it is practically unenforceable, because the law can't be there at all times.
