I think they should have put a bullet in his head while he was still down in the hole that they found him in. Then all they would have had to do was fill up the hole! Done Deal!!!!!

Sadam is being judged in a Court of Law. If you were being judged in Sadam's court, you would have been guilty BEFORE even entering the building. You would have been TORTURED for no reason at all but to amuse the guards. After not being FED for days you would have been put in a car, taken out to the desert somewhere, shot and buried.
I personally would prefer the Court of Law that is now in place.
