I have recently joined an organisation as a fresher and i am facing a lot of jealousy from many seniors since i have gained the confidence of the bosses very soon. Resultingly they are troubling me a lot and trying to pester me and casting evil eye. how should i deal with this? pls advise solution

Well you got the power my good sir the bosses like you that is your only concern
let the others know that in the event of something being cast besides and evil eye you will indeed hint to the bosses that they were the ones that did it and there jobs maybe gone

Ignore their wrong-doings and convince yourself that they are no better than you just by the fact of them being seniors, show the ability to be a leader while keeping equal like attitude amongst your peers, the next underclassman in will see this and instinctively follow in your path
p.s. just don't let them see how bad you spell, they can use this against you to demean you and make you look real bad

Turn away, if you are on the fast track with the boss you will soon be their boss and you won't have to worry about it.

I always found nothing was so disconcerting as a friendly smile - or in extremis a chuckle. It always pays to help any opponent to die on their own sword (metaphorically) - so watch their repeated behaviour, see what they use , and help them to use it.

Don't look at them!!!! Or depending on how confident you are in yourself, I'd rub it in by giving them a cheeky grin or a wink.

why they give you a dirty look..
the best way is do your job more better because that make them crazy so focus only to do your job..
and maybe one day you become a boss and that moment you can begin to kick butt...
