I say they celebrate march 1st while others say february 28th, which is correct?

my friend celebrates it Feb. 28th. She was born Feb. 29th. It doesn't really matter, it's a person prefrence

It's a matter of personal choice and preference, I guess. Most of the people I know born on Feb. 29th, though, celebrate it on the 28th.

I have a friend who was born on Feb 29Th. He celebrates his birthday on Feb28th, except on leap year when he can celebrate when he was born.

depends on the person, but here's how i would do it. . if they were borne closer to midnight on Feb. 29 then they would probably celebrate it on March 1, but if early in the morning they'd probably celebrate it on Feb. 28.

on their birthday, every 4 years. or as my friend did she celebrated the 2 days around where here birthday would be.
