Do you still wear make-up? And what quality is it?
Cheap make-up isn't good for skin, as it can dry it out or leave you're pores blocked.
Always wear well known brands, and replace you're make-up with new ones often (bacteria and germs grow in make-up, and then go on you're skin which is no good)
Also, always clean you're skin properly before putting on any make-up, to get all dirt out of the pores, or else the make-up will block it in there, and always wash you're make-up off at the end of the day.
If you have many pimples due to the make-up, the first step would be to get new clean make-up, and then clean you're face more often.
If you're skin has dried out, get better quality make-up, and wear a good moisturizer every night to replace the lost moisture in you're skin.

I use Roc moisturizer which are really nice and are not 160.00 a tub (like I once used) and found in drug stores (most) clean your face at night with a cleaner something lite, oil of Ola has a nice line of products also including cleansers which I use....for a toner be careful you choose one with out alcohol it harsh on skin, I use witch hazel and only on T zone, and in morning I wash my face with water....I'm 46 and have no wrinkles nor crows feet. People do not think I am in my 40's
And the lots of water is a very good thing for our health in general

Since you wear make-up every day, you should always wash your face with a facial soap before you go to bed. You can use the Neutrogena facial cleanser and drink lots of water!

Arbonne Intelligence Daily Balancer- This non-drying, everyday balancer is formulated to effectively remove final traces of cleanser by constricting pores for better appearance, without drying or upsetting the skin's essential moisture barrier.
Arbonne Intelligence Daily Eye Cream- This lightweight, fast-absorbing formula is light- reflecting. It helps minimize the appearance of puffiness and fine lines, and is created to self-adjust to your specific skin needs.
Arbonne Intelligence Daily Moisturizing Cream, Day & Night- This lightweight moisturizer delivers as much or as little hydration as the skin needs, without feeling greasy or dry.

There is a bundle of products on the market today to help with your specific problem. If the problem is radical, you may need to consult a dermatologist. Otherwise, check out the shelves at your local store for a cleanser and treatment for your specific problem.
