It depends on era & credibility. There really isnt one that is the best. For example, if you put Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap & KRS-ONE in a room, who is the best? Most people who follow hiphop knows that these 4 MC'S have totally different styles & can wreck s**t all day. As far as todays hiphop, it's not a lot of people who could be the best. It's hard to answer.
