You don't. Those shoes are not made for walking, but for very short tippy toe walks... that's how, stand on your tippy toes, putting all the weight on your balls of your feet and none on your heels.

You know I am 48 now and wear low heels but when I was young I wore stilletto's almost every day. I even wore them to go shopping in for the day...I must have been crazy. They killed my feet and gave me blisters but man i looked good and thats all I cared about at the time.

You get used, with practice, to a low heel, and work yourself up to a higher heel, bit by bit.

All you do is walk on the balls of your feet! Eventually it hurts...you can't rest on your heels, cause your shoes won't let ya. Once you get used to them, they're a breeze,,,,try it!

Clean your house in them, carefully, if you clean your house in them for about 2 days, you get lots of practice. Also, if you have carpeted floors and linoleum, there's a difference when you walk on one or the other. So practice on both.
