Telewest bradband- How can i turn ON my Antivirus? (It is not working, besides I am paying for it)?

uninstall and then reinstall p.c guard or shut off then put back on p.c guard, if they don't work call smelly pest (what i call telewest) and go through to a p.c guard person.

i tried telewests antivirus......my pc went pete tong, uninstalled it and kept it off!
