Floating suggests high in fibre , dark and heavy suggests rich food and possibly booze.....so take your pick.

All the previous answers are totally wrong. It should sink, no matter what you have eaten. Stool that floats does so because it contains a high concentration of fat. An occasional "floater" is okay, but if it is every time, you need to see a doctor. It is a frequent symptom in people with cystic fibrosis. Do you have a lot of mucous and phlem? Do you get frequent respiratory symptoms? If so, you need to see a doctor right away.

No poo is healthy. Poo is all waste. Poo is what your body decided wasn't needed to keep it alive.
