The dahl's porpoises(35 mph) are said to be the fastest cetacean in the world,but they are also said to be the worlds fastest aquatic mammal,although they are less acrobatic than dolphins.The fastest fish might be the sailfish(68 mph).

If you say animal I presume it is mammal then it should be dolphin. If it is a fish you refer to then there is plenty, however they say barracuda and tuna is some of the fastest swimmers and if you refer to a land mammal that swim I think it is the otter
