a very happy and co-operative life.

Britain would probably end up a Fascist state run by a Bourgeois Dictatorship. Other nations around the globe would have various unelected regimes controlled by a minority. There would then be a world war as a dictator in the mould of Stalin or Hitler would emerge and try to take over the world. Thank God for politicians and democracy......

If we had a structure that made decisions by actually asking the populous rather than just forcing things on us, then I can only assume it would be a better place as we as a whole would have a completely democratic way of life rather than the effective Dictatorship from a bunch of people that have completely lost track of reality and in some cases are not even based in our country ... as lorded from Europe.
If there was no structure at all, then it would be chaos.

I couldn't say a more peaceful one because of other conflicts which we are not involved with BUT...

It could be better if we had different ones with different policies!!

1) The NHS would not be falling to pieces
2) Public transport could be better if it was bought back by the state
3) If immigration was changed where a visa and an actual job offer was in place rather than those hankering after our benefits and free health care
4) criminals were taught a lesson - bring back corporal punishment and our prisons would not be overcrowded as murderers would be hung etc creating more places.

to name but a few.

Like the world of ALADDIN
*A Whole New World *
I can show you the world
Shining, shimmering, splendid
Tell me, Princess, now when did
You last let your heart decide?

I can open your eyes
Take you wonder by wonder
Over, sideways and under
On a magic carpet ride

A whole new world
A new fantastic point of view
No one to tell us "no"
Or where to go
Or say we're only dreaming

A whole new world
A dazzling place I never knew
But when I'm way up here
It's crystal clear
That now I'm in a whole new world with you
Now I'm in a whole new world with you

Unbelievable sights
Indescribable feeling
Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling
Through an endless diamond sky
A whole new worlD
(Don't you dare close your eyes)
A hundred thousand things to see
(Hold your breath - it gets better)
I'm like a shooting star
I've come so far
I can't go back to where I used to be

A whole new world
( Every turn a surprise)
With new horizons to pursue
(Jasmine: Every moment, red letter)
:
I'll chase them anywhere
There's time to spare
Let me share this whole
new world with you
A whole new world
A whole new world
That's where we'll be
That's where we'll be
A thrilling chase
A wondrous place
For you and me

Man is a naturally hierarchical animal. We live in packs and follow the lead of whoever is bossiest.

If there were no politicians others would take control and end up being politicians in all but name. Like the pigs in Animal Farm...

Straight and free but bland too!!
However, we all are politicians in our own rights as and when necessary to serve our selfish purposes. Just look at how we manage our children!!!

Chaotic.

We may not like them, but someone has to do it.

I am assuming sarcasm for the beloved part of the question.

You will always have politicians. Mankind always needs a leader of some sort, just depends what you call them.
