Have a conversation with my Dad, when he was only weeks away from dying about how he wanted things to be done, etc. when he was gone.

I felt like I had to be strong, matter of fact...take care of business....when it was absolutely all that I could do not to burst into tears. I felt like if I lost it, then he would, too. And, he took great pride in being strong....being tough.

That and, of course, watching him die of cancer. It was the first time I had ever lost a loved one.

My X wife wanted a divorce to marry another guy, so OK go for it, they wanted to adopt my two kids and I agreed so they took my kids and left the country, as he was in the military. Back then a man never stood a chance in the courts.

Watch my mother die.
She sat in a coma for two weeks prior. It was the most heartbreaking painful thing.
