He tries to look good all the time, wear sunglasses, drinks milkshakes, wears expensive perfume etc etc and even he goes on about paris hilton. Believe it or not, he wants a chihuahua. if it helps, his fave colour is green... Help!!!!

No its normal. Few people do take more-than-normal care about themselves.
Its some thing you can laugh about and easily ignore.

I guess he is very stressed and is very scared of what people think of him.
This can also occur because he wants to immitate his idoles and in the process it may be that he has lost his own identity.
Therefore I think you should try to bring back his confidence by removing this constant phobia of his by sweet words that even before he is dressed properly that his clothes etc are nice...

i feel you should refer him to doctor daniel for a thoughra examination but make sure he wears gloves!!!!!! and yes he is noone else in their right mind will like paris hilton HE COMAPARES HER TO TORI AMOS ha have you seen the question he wrote on my thingie!!!! lol awww bless we wouldnt want him any other way though would we... jessica....
