Depending on where you live you may choose to "name" you flat. In the UK some houses (apart from having a street address and house number) also have a name. After that, all you have to do is just give the name of the house to whomever sends you bills and maybe change the name on your letterbox.

Out A B or C after the number of the house, and next to their letterbox/door put your own postbox. You can buy these from any good garden centre

if the main house is 25 call the flat 25a

Ring your local Authority and ask to speak to the "street naming and numbering officer" and they should be able to give you a new number or at least add a suffix like A to it.

maybe get a name like "the willows" or "penthouse" something like that, then let the post office know.
