There is no such career if you are working for someone else. You want to be yourself then become an entreprenuer and be your own boss. Otherwise you are always working for the "man" (or the "woman"). All you have to remember is that you need to be true to yourself in the end and remember no matter how rewarding a job might be to you - its still only a job.

Dude..
As hard as it seems.. you can do whatever career you choose and still not compromise yourself.. it is easier to kiss ***.. but no one said you have to.. if you have the guts and the balls.. you can even change the culture of things.. nothing is permantent or set in stone in life.. so if you have such a strong "anti" view.. which I can understand and partly agree with.. then do something about it!
Life was never supposed to come packaged out of a box for you.. although for the rich it seems to be.. for everyone else.. you gotta work life out.. and try have fun doing it..
