Dude you're asking for too much at once here. Life change doesn't work that way. Take one thing at a time or you'll continue to feel overwhelmed. Sort things out on paper - a list of what is not working in your life, a list of what is working in your life (you might have to work a little harder on that one) then break down each "item" as an individual question - Maybe ask for good alternate careers for people who do your job... tips on standing up for yourself... tips on brushing off criticism and bouncing back from setbacks... tips for cultivating more friends and acquaintances to improve your "social life..."
Try to sort it out first... work it out one issue at a time and don't get discouraged by little setbacks - every day is a new day. Many people go through a stage like this at some point in their life. Including myself. If after a few weeks you still REALLY feel miserable, you're working to improve your mood & still can't shake the blues, if your sleeping/eating/concentration is suffering, seek psychiatric help. Hang in there...things will turn around!

You know, lots of people feel this way. Pardon me for saying this but, it is because you fail to count your blessings and be satisfied with what you have. Look at yourself closely... at the different parts of your body. Are you incapacitated in anyway ? or are you normal? If you are normal, then that alone should make you grateful and happy. There are people in the world who may have one part of their body missing. Do you have a roof over your head? Many sleep in the streets in the coldness of the night. Do you have a job? Many are unemployed, walking around in sadness ..There are many more things that you should be grateful for. Appreciate what you have and be happy. No one can make you truly happy . Real happiness comes from inside of you and it is only a state of the mind.
Choose to be a positive thinker, be happy and pull yourself out of the quagmire that you are in. I know you got my point.

i'm with the aid of have a new child in 9 weeks time and opted to have a screening attempt at 12 weeks pregnant to verify the possibility of my toddler having Downs Syndrome. (The attempt back a consequence which indicated that my toddler does not have a intense risk of Downs Syndrome.) in spite of the incontrovertible fact that if the consequence had indicated in any different case, i does no longer have terminated my being pregnant. My important different and that i chosen to have the screening carried out, so as that if it became helpful, we would have time to coach for any particular desires our new child would have. those with Downs Syndrome are eye-catching, type and effectual individuals of society (greater so than many others). I even have worked with many infants with Downs Syndrome and that they are lots of the main loving infants I even have ever met. even nonetheless I help human beings's rights to decide on no remember if or no longer they have a new child with a situation at the same time with this, I for one, want my new child and help them regardless.

My friend you need JESUS!! You see I was once like you, I had virtually every thing I wanted but felt so empty, no happiness, had inferiority complex, unsatisfied with my works, uncomfortable with my friends, totally comfused, untill a friend insisted I meet JESUS. Ever since then I have never regretted.
