BTW Renting discrimination based on where a person is from or their eithnic and cultural background is illegal in the state of Florida and in most states in the United States and all Provinces of Canada.
Try posting your property on national leasing sites and hope someone snaps it up, being Hollywood Florida, which is very desirable, if your property is well maintained and your asking price and terms are reasonable I'm sure you will have no problem.

What you should do is to look into the Canadian
News papers and find their web sites and check
if you'll be able to post an ad about your place.
