The Error "Page Cannot Be Displayed" from Internet Explorer means there is a browser setting error. Usually go to Tools, Internet Options, Lan Settings, uncheck and/or remove any Proxy settings including Auto-detect. Ok, Ok, Exit and Restart Internet Explorer (very important)
If it only happens with secure sites like Wells Fargo banking.. then reset all browser settings to defaults and turn on TLS 1.0 in the Advanced Tab of Internet Options under Security. Then OK and quit Exit and Restart Internet Explorer (very important still)

I got the page both in IE and FF.
When u tried the site might be at it maintenance state or something

there might be many reason
the site may be blocked by your ISP ( as my ISP do)
try to use any proxy to cross check, (if it was working before in you PC than)
provide more details so that i can help you better

I think you should check your Internet security
Because I tried, and I got it with no problem.
