I work in a hospital and wear srubs. Some are light weight and you can see through. What is the best underwear to wear under scrubs?What do you male and female hospital workers wear, If you are one?

Honestly, I never really thought about it much because we women have the option of flesh coloured underclothes (bras, slips, undies, hose, etc.) in pale, peach, natural, black, brown, pink, rose, yellow, etc., or we can match our lingerie to our scrubs.
It is probably more difficult for a man to wear white or pale scrubs because your briefs or boxers will likely show through regradless of colour. Do they make men's underwear in flesh tones? Hey Hanes... ARE YOU LISTENING?
I would recommend an undershirt.. or as they are known these days... a 'tank top' in white.
Maybe there are some male nurses, MDs, or other scrub wearers that may have some ideas.

I try to stay away from white scrubs. I prefer blue or green, white just gets way too dirty way too past in a hospital. If people can see through your pants wear white underwear also. If they are thinker, wear whatever you want.
Personally, I think thongs are inappropriate given hospitals are very busy, we are very busy, and more often than not u will find yourself bending down a great deal. Its not completely wrong to be sporting sexy lingirie under your clothes but you need to be respectful of the patients and thier famalies.

im no nurse or doc but do know style and you actually have options if you wear boxers alot of big retail stores carry packages plain white cotton boxers they work well with white scrubs but if you prefer the other hand more support white underwear come in styles from whity tightys to bikinis for men down to even white g strings which would not leave that awful underwear outline with light fabrics lots of options your choice

it depends on what u mean by 'best'. if you want ppl to see them, then wear something brightly coloured. if u want it to be invisible, then.. wear nothing, or something with the tone of your skin.
