try myspace, usually schools have groups on there with people that have profiles on myspace join those groups if they're alumni from the school, also try a search on google for a site called "class mate finder" not sure of the website

Have you spoken to your old University - although they might not be able to give you the contact details they might be prepared to forward on your letter to the last address they had for the people you are trying to contact?

ok... go back to the uni you went to and ask them if there is a listing for people from your years you were there... maybe if a reunion has happened that maybe a possibility
