Aaah, the question my wife loves the most. Tis a funny story. We first first met in high school, I was a grade below her, she a senior and I a junior, and her boyfriend at the time introduced us. 2 1/2 years later we reunited through that same person. She was a server at a restaraunt he just got hired at. They started hanging out again and eventually hooked back up. BUT, he had become a druggie, hiding it from her. I was attending college, and would come home every other to every 3rd week. She, her loser boyfriend, another 2 friends she knew in highshcool, and I would hang out. She thought I was funny, and really impressed by the fact that I was a private pilot. She and I started hitting it off and swapped numbers. Those 2 other friends and I would hang out with her without her loser boyfirend and filled her in on his excessive drug abuse. She stopped hanging out with him and she and I started hanging out. I started coming home every other to every weekend I could just to hang out with her. It took her 3 months of not seeing her loser boyfriend, and my 'influencing' to get her to officially break up with him. Once she did, that Friday night, March 21, 2003 we hung out, and when I dropped her off at home, I asked her to go out with me. 2 weeks shy of 2 years later we got married, March 5, 2005. She told me it was my ambition and will for learning that interested her the most. She says once we reunited, she realized that the loser with no future was not the man for her, and that a college educated, ambitious pilot with a plan for his future was the stability and man she was looking for. When we were just friends, we used to hang out at this public park at night, she loved to swing on the swing set. So, on the night of our engagement, I took her to that very park to propose. It was a magical night, and every moment with her since we met has been magical beyond belief. When I get home from deployment, I want to start a family with her. Nothing excites me more than to see a round belly on her, me standing behind her with my hands holding and carressing that belly, while giving her little kisses on her neck. Sorry if I'm a little sentimental, it just hard trying to get used to the idea of having to be away form her for 12 months.

Funny story... We are both doctorate students, and I had started a funny elitist grad student group on facebook.com. I asked him and a bunch of other grad students to join and he accepted. I didn't ask that many people to join at a time, so I knew when I had new memebers. I would check each of them out, and something about him caught my eye. I sent him an email thanking him for joining my group and he sent me another one telling me he had really liked my profile... one thing lead to another and now we're going to get married!!!! That was the best email i've ever sent! Except we both hate that we met on the internet so we usually tell people that we met at "school"

Normally we used to work at the same org . But for me he was invisible. The day i realised he exist was the day when all of a sudden he came up and kissed me. In a coffee shop. He gained my attention at last after mths of trying to make me see him. I don't know how but that simple kiss did convey his feelings for me. I was surprised not at his audacity but without any words at that moments i know he was in love with me. That's was 6 yrs ago and he still crazily in love.
