there are such a lot of! the place do I initiate!? first of all i'm from the wasteland southwest. I found out at a youthful age what the hot Mexico State question meant..."pink or eco-friendly?" I omit Chile Rellenos, fireplace- Roasted long Jim eco-friendly Chiles, the seeds taken out and crammed with cheese and then lined in egg batter and cooked like an omelet. That with handmade spanish rice and beans. the earnings of this meal is that its good as Breakfast or Dinner. I omit Tamales.eco-friendly chile cheese or pink beef. (sigh) rattling...i'm hungry.

I love the how my mom makes roast chicken and roast potatoes....the chicken has such a fantastic taste since she uses all of these great herbs and spices. The potatoes are deliciously crispy and golden brown in colour. Both are impossible to beat.
Her boerewors (you'll know what I'm talking about Ruby) is pretty good as well.
mmm you making me hungry now....
