"Heavy Water" is deuterium oxide, D2O or 2H2O. Don't use it in your garden!

do you mean Grey water?

if so:

or, just pour it on your garden

or did you mean Hard Water?

Heavy water should not be confused with hard water or with tritiated water; however heavy water can be used to create tritium, a principal source of energy release in a thermonuclear weapon.

The process is called "engineered wetlands."

Here is one web site: http://www.envicare.com/wetland30pe.htm

The process consists of several settling ponds and aquatic plants.

Sorry I can not supply the perfect steps and chemicals.
