S-10s used the 5 on 4 3/4 inch bolt spacing, the same found on the majority of gm rear wheel drive full sized cars made to this day. Only the largest station wagons and sedans used the 5 on 5 inch bolt pattern, which is the same as full size two-wheel drive 1/2 ton pickups. If your wheel came from a car such as a monte carlo, chevelle, lemans, etc., it will work on your S-10. I had a set of 5 spoke alloy wheels from an 80's model camaro on a 4x4 S-15 Jimmy, they looked good, backspacing was not as deep though, so they stuck out from the fenders. On a two wheel drive S-10, however, the car rims will have the proper backspacing and will not stick out from the vehicle.

Yeah it should work. I swapped 70 nova rims to my 90 S-10 and the truck was fine. I drove it that way for 7 years. Plus it gave it a descent look.

If you don't get a quick answer, look in the phone book for a place that sells wheels. Ask them to look up the bolt pattern on both vehicles. It will only take them a minute.
Otherwise, measure yourself, if you can get at the bolts.
