Hungary is a country (it really is, I live there!), while angary is the name given to the right of a belligerent to seize and apply for the purposes of war any kind of property on belligerent territory.

Well, if the spelling is right, 'H' should be a capital letter - Hungary is a country, in Europe. There is no English word, called 'angary'. If it is 'angry', the meaning is 'showing of anger'. Hungry is 'need for food'.
