Hello,

My husband just started his carreer as a truck driver and will be home every 5 weeks. We will celebrate our 10 yeary anniversary in March and have 2 young boys under 5. Right now we are going through a rough time where our "spark" has been gone for about 5 years but we really love each other and want it to work. Please give me some advice on how to get back our spark and to keep it with the career he has chosen.

Today, 11/03/06 I found out he has been texting and calling his Truck Company "counselor" and they have seen each other twice. He claims all that has happened was kissing. We are now going to get a divorce.

Please Help Me to deal with this and move on as quickly as possible. Please don't tell me it takes time I already know that what do I do until then?

Today my husband tells me this whole thing has been going on for the last 4 weeks and she tells him she is in love with him and he tells her the same thing. They have only known each other for 5 weeks total. Is this lust? I asked him if he is for sure ready to give up 10 years and our family. His words, his feelings for her are stronger than the feelings for me. I have her email and cell number and even though I know I cannot stop this relationship, I wish I could be the bigger person and not email or call her. I need help, please give me some ideas on how to move on with my life for myself and my children

First of all don't expect him to tell you the truth in the beginning this rarely happens. If he got real mad and defensive the possibilities are great that he has already been seeing her for quite some time. Didn't you say he just started this job? If it wasn't her who help to stop the spark then it was someone before her so I feel this has been going on for quite sometime. She may not be the only woman he has cheated on you with. Give him the benefit of the doubt for the time being; but keep your eyes open.

One extra thought: He took a job that would give him the perfect excuse to be away from home over a long period of time. This job would enable him to see a woman without having to make excuses to you. I would check to see if she really is his trucking counselor. If she is I would have a few words with her supervisor. You can find out for sure this way. If the story don't add up he must be hiding something. This is no way for a trucking counselor to act. If you are considering divorce you shouldn't have to ask for permission to speak to her boss, do it yourself and don't tell anyone until you find out some answers.

do you prefer to shop your marriage or no longer? in case you prefer to salvage it, then get into marriage counseling. in case you will possibly particularly be achieved with it then legally separate. (In some states attempt to be separated X form of months until eventually you may now record for divorce.) those with no experience of right and incorrect basically won't be in a position to wrap their brains around the way it feels to be betrayed. They determine in the event that they're over it, so must you. regardless of if it would not artwork that way. they do no longer look to care which you're harm or are upset in them. in the experience that your husband basically would not care the form you experience approximately it and has never particularly shown an be apologetic approximately or apologized, then he will in all probability cheat back.

First of al lI am sorry about your situation

Second, there is no "fast" way of getting over hurt you have to let nature runs it's course....You can do things tho make you feel better but to truly get over the pain takes time...

I say get into the grieving process soon and that will help it along....trying to ignore it is not going to help you...
