For sure it should be Dravid. Coz the person who is batting at No:3 should be technically Strong & should be having ability to stay at wicket for long time when wickets has fallen early or should be able to get going if there is a good Start.
I don't think so other then Dravid any one else in Indian Team is having this much of capacities. He should be fixed at No:3

India should Dravid at Number 3.
In case if they are chasing a huge target may be they can experiment with Dhoni. But, only for that match.

It should normally be Dravid, But if the first patnership exceeds 80-90 runs then Pathan may be brought

I prefer either Dravid or Pathan depending upon the score board when the first wicket falls.

as sehwag's form cant be justified i suggest dravid because he can stay on wicket and do something for india and if indians are chasing more then 250-175 runs they should send dhoni

Dhoni or Dravid
Yuvraj ( if dhoni yuvraj at 5)
Raina or mongia
Dhoni ( if dravid at 3)
pathan
harbhajan
kumble
sreesanth
munaf patel or ramesh powar
