I have just tried to give your question a thumbs up Ruby and it wouldn't move.As for the thumbs down,this site is wonky and weird with all the glitches.

I see it a lot. I used to give a thumb up to try to counteract, but it got to be a full time job. The thumb idea was a bad one. It has become a means of harassment.
