I'm looking forward to Xmas 'cuz a part of me has never grown up. I look forward to walking down Candy Cane Lane with a cup of hot chocolate, and being thankful I've survived another year. I'll be watching colorful lights and walking through falling snow. It never snowed where I grew up; it'll be my 3rd year here.
My wife & I will be with our 1 year old son, so it's a whole new way of spending Xmas from now on. Hope yours is enjoyable.

I love Christams for so many reasons. None of which are the commercial ones. I love the smells of baking and I love doing the baking. I love the songs and the decorations in town. I love the gingoer coffee at Starbucks and getting all bundled up on a Sunday morning just to go and get one. I love the light in the children's eyes in our neighborhood as they plot and plan and hint. I love the cards and the trees and the candles and the oils that go in the burners. I love looking out the window with the fire on and watching the lights twinkle in other peoples houses. I love that Christmas brings with it a special and different feeling than any other time of year.

I am not looking forward to Christmas as I cannot stand all this rushing about spending money like there was no tomorrow. I see a lot of people putting themselves into debt over the festive season and playing catchup for months after. Christmas is really only for children.

I always look forward to Christmas - it's always been a time for family and as I live 400 miles away from them now I treasure Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Especially as we have lost three family members over the last few years Christmas is always special and we make every effort to all be together.

It's a difficult time of year, but the spirit is good will to all men and women childern whatever colour race cread diability sexual orientation and finally age, (if I have missed any one on the planet off, i'm sorry) and don't forget all the animals.
Time to put all our problems behind us and have a good Christmas.
So yes, I am spending Christmas for the first time with my family since I was about 14, i'm 38 now.
Enjoy the break, and remember the poor sods that still have to work to provide essencal services so we can all have fun!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS.

I am. I love Christmas and I always have. I have lived in Greece for the past 32 years and always celebrate Christmas in traditional English style. We go to our country home by the sea and sit around the log fire with the Christmas tree lights twinkling and soft Christmas music in the background. But the best bit of all is that my sons come home (One lives in London) so it is really a family gathering. Roll on Christmas and may it live forever!! Merry Christmas everybody.

I'm really looking forward to this Xmas.
It's a 'first' for many reasons, as this year:
My fiancee became my wife,
First year in our new house,
Our daughter's first Xmas.
We always alternated between our parents for lunch and this year it'll be jst the three of us at home LOVELY!
