This isn't a question for proper Chelsea supporters who have followed the team for years as they are ok but i'm talking about the new wave of fans. Ok they're succesful, but why support them? I see Chelsea tops in the West Mids where I live. What love, association do you have with the club? Why not just admire them but still support your local club? Sorry I just don't understand how glory hunters minds work. At least with Liverpool, Man U and Arsenal, they have glorious histories of having glory hunting fans.

I am no Chelski fan, but a ManU fan so I take my share of abuse even though I am clearly no glory hunter.
But people like to be a winner. So when real was the big thing people loved them. But after they went into decline Barcelona became the new team. Same with Chelsea, they have won the title the last 2 years and have a lot more fnas. But the biggest joke is players who claim they have dremt of playing for Chelsea since they were kids. Ha!
Its just the liquor of success, everyone wants a taste.

specific I relatively have because of the fact that 1967 no longer all and sundry is a glory looking guy ure or liverfool fan some people stick to a set for a fashion they play the activity & no longer so we are able to brag approximately how massive the trophy Cabernet is & while you're concerning the empty seats at some fits this is generally because of the fact the close by council placed limits on attendances for any journey no longer kicking off between 12.00 & sixteen.00 on a sat this is something chelsea & i've got self belief spurs besides have a great difficulty with

Why not? Glory hunters support the team in the good times in the hope that the midas touch will rub off on them. Maybe they have always secretly supported Chelsea and have had to hide this condition for years as the team underperformed but now they have something to be proud about.

i have supported chelsea since 1967,3 years before we won our 2nd trophy,it was also the year we losed the cup to spurs,im irish,but the blues were the closes team to my grans house in london.
