I saw the answers that you have already received but I have to partially disagree with some. If you want to increase the sales performance in your company, increase the employee moral. If you have a positive attitude incorporated with warmth, and compassion in all you do and all you come in contact with, you will succeed. This is true: Act like a winner and you will be a winner. Sounds simple and the fact is that it is simple. Believe in yourself, your abilities and what you are selling. And you basically have to sell yourself to your customers and build a relationship that brings them back. If you can't put your heart into it, then your company will end up relying on luck...luck runs out.
