An infinite amount of time as there is no land connection between the UK and Canada.

Or do you mean by surface (including the ocean).

Could take several weeks to get across the Atlantic depending on how much was paid, the size, etc etc.

I'm not familiar with the shipping methods between the UK and Canada. However, don't let the filing dates pass you by!! You only have I think 60 days to file an Item Not Received report with Ebay. If you let that pass by, you may be out of luck in getting your money refunded. Check with Ebay on the exact amount of time you have...it's either 45 or 60 days to file.

Have you had contact with the seller/ that's an outrageous amount of time. Go to your dispute console in your account if you're not having any luck getting hold of the seller. That's what I would do if I had waited even 2 weeks. I am a seller AND a buyer on eBay.

i would have to say that is long enough. my family ships me stuff from america all the time and they do it regular post - i live in an itty bitty german city (schweinfurt, go ahead... look it up - itty bitty dot) and the deal is if the box that is coming here is empty when their package gets to customs - it takes up to 5 weeks, never longer. i would contact the seller and ask what is going on - and were they able to get a tracking number to find out where it is? if it is not there within the week, i'd dispute it (unless the seller can find it en-route)
