Before earth quake astrologers are fast asleep. after the quake they start topredict the exact number of dead bodies.
Even high-tech sensors are not able to accurately predict. all that they can do is to read the tremors' intensity which could give an idea what is going on.
there are a few natural phenomena which could be pointers to the impending disasters. Behaviours of animals, birds, water level in wells are some examples. it may or may not happen at the place of disaster. may be these are only pointers, a study of these will be of some use.
astrology is a strict NO. these things are not based external to earth, but what goes on inside earth.

yeah it will work but who believe that it will work they will because astrology can tell what is can happen to him but it cannot predict the earth quake

Astrology surely warns of the impending earth quake tsunami etc
Government do not heed the warning due to which many people die. The warning is given to avoid mass causality as indicated by the position of planets.

Astrology cannot work for prediction of earthquakes. Even hi-tech know-how is insufficient for this purpose
