it could be a hernia- the operation is simple if it is and routine. Simply go to the doctor as a strangulated hernia is not so funny- one that is left untreated. My hubby had this symptom and is fine now- he wasn't even in hospital overnight- only day surgery. It appeared after he lifted a bag of cement- he basically over did it and strained himself.

it might not be this- but they should still see the doctor anyway.

I suggest this guy sees the doctor straight away. What is happening to his testicles is not normal and pain on lifting suggest that there is an underlying cause. Good luck.

It could be a testicular hernia. Whatever it is he needs to get checked out by doc because these symptoms are new to him and not something that he has always had,so it def needs investigating.

A cancerous growth or a hernia.
Either way it needs checking as a matter of urgency.
