The trust seems to be destroyed. Find a lawyer fast!.... swear out a statement, just be sure you are not perjuring yourself, and get the process started. If she signed your name, then she is guilty of forgery (unless you gave her power of attorney - which means you authorized her to speak/sign for you).....

Go get a lawyer!........... and yes,........... it sounds like she should be paying the taxes for those 9 dependents...... where has she been hiding them,........... and is she gonna claim that you owe her child support!?

If you can't trust someone you shouldn't be with them. That said, if trust is broken and you think it can be earned back then try and make it work.

If you are asking this question after this then you don't truly love her enough to talk with her about it.

Did she write 9 has a mistake? Is it they way she wrote the 0 that made it look like a 9? Was it a typing error at the tax office?
Just ideas.

Or what brought her to the point where she lied? And it seems to me that you were quite prepared to lie to, as long as she had told you what she was doing....so what are you angry about? Are you angry because she didn't tell you so you could get away with ripping ppl off, or because you would not have condoned what she was doing?

Some one who claims nine dependents is trying to get every dollar they can from their pay check.

You need to ask your self why.

Either you two need the money now really bad or she is being greedy.

Why would she be greedy?
If you get past that and decide to work it out.
File a amended tax form for the year in question.
Have her increase withholding (claim 0) to make up for the short comings. Use next years refund to pay for this years taxes owed.(pay late).
As punishment tell in the future you are going to file married filing separately.

you better hope she dont get busted..you will be responsible too..
this is a federal crime, look forward to paying it back, paying fines, and possible jail time if caught..
if you divorce, you might get out of it..consult a lawyer
