I've not gone to him for any wishes yet
but there's one in bangkok that was frequently visited by Hogkong Stars becoz it was said that he really grant them their wishes. but I've also heard stories of people who went to him begging for riches n did not give thanks. In the end some were crippled or some other misfortune happened

Not sure, I always go BKK and wish for health & safety for my family, nothing that specific as to strike lottery or wat...so cannot determine if his granting power is good or not.
