my family celebrates strange (to some) things. we had a happy to reach the light switch party when my petite 6 yr old girl got tall enough to reach them. we celebrate stupid person day once a month. when we vote on which one of us (there are 8) does something really dumb and it made the rest of us laugh- like me putting the food in the oven but forgetting to turn it on. or running out to get the school bus without finishing getting dressed. ( 8 yr old boy forgot to put his pants on. not sure if these qualify as un things but they are parties complete with cake and candles.

every day that you are alive should be a celebration, besides, how many birthdays does a person have in a life time? only one day of birth. And no one knows the exact day of Christs`birth,so that kindof kicks Christmas. Just think that today is the first day of the rest of your life and enjoy it the best you can
