if you get crispy chicken then it's pretty bad because it's fried. Even the grilled chicken is slathered in butter and cooked, but it's still better than a hamburger. I always get salads because they are more nutritional than hamburgers. Also the salad dressing is what screws the nutrition of the meal. I only get low-fat or fat-free dressing, and if they don't have it i only put a SMALL bit on my salad.

I read in Glamour that a packet of fast food salad dressing has more fat than a cheeseburger. All fast food is generally unhealthy, even things like salads. You'd probably be better off going to the store, picking up some salad ingredients, and making your own.

They're not "as bad," but not much "better," either. Even though it's a salad, they still fill it with all sorts of crap that defeats the purpose of eating a salad in the first place.

yuck! skip burger king for salads, wendys have excellent salads, they're your best bet if doing the fast food thing.

No your cutting about 400 calories by doing without the fries but the dressing has to be a lite one or you will be back to where you started

probaly and y would u get that u can make a salad in 2 minutes that probaly tastes a lot better

If the salad has no dressing and its just the veggies and chicken, no.
The dressing is what kills the nutrition.
