U Can't send it over the mail.
All Mails will support upto 3 MB of Attachment only.
1 GB Data u can host it on the Net and let the Other person Browse and Save it to his machine.

You may have to break the files. The free uploading sites allows files upto some limit size.

It may take a long time to upload the video but it'll let you send the link to the file to as many people as you want and it stores it in your profile so if the person(s) you sent it to didn't get it you can resend the link.
