The real name for dandruff is seborrhea dermatitis and it is a permanent condition caused by excessive oil glands. A good dandruff shampoo can clear the matter for a short time. In the event that you have a stubborn case you may need the occasional use of a topical solution. Such as fluocinolone acetonide USP 0.01% which you will need a prescription for and which can be obtained at a dermatologists or even your family practitioner. This is a steroid and interestingly enough, citric acid is listed as an ingredient, perhaps the respondents that say to use lemon juice are onto something.
Good Luck.
Peace.

Nothing si permanent in this world, but by caring your crowning glory regularly will give you amazing results, you can apply castor oil mixed with few drops of lemon after warming it up. Keep it for awhile and wash it off with milder shampoo. Shampooing regularly is the best thing you can do. Accumulated dust particles leads to dandruff, and oiling it regularly keeps the dryness away, for more haircare tips, click on to www.fitnesshigh.com

hi ash, it is because of some emotinal disturbances that this is happening, go easy on trying to express verbally try expressing thru writing or by doing something for peple u like, then that will ease u and make it easier for u to express verbally.more u write even to urself u get a clear idea as what u want to say then speech bcomes smooth.Remember feelings speak louder than words u will get thru if u r sincere.

do not wash your hair to frequently (despite the temptation to) use a medicated shampoo (head & shoulders works fine). After shampooing use a hair tonic - I have found that a product called IMUNAL from Kadus (ask your hairdresser) works good for me. Good luck
