why don't u study further in the subject that ur doing in engineering

Rather then field, the level of managemnet institute will be of great importance. As far as field is concerned, it will depend upon you and your specialization.
If you are from Civil/Mechanical/Production - Operations Management
If you are from Electrical/Electronics -Telecom Management, Systems(IT).
If you want to go a altogather different field then Marketing (if you want an active life), or Finance (Office/sitting job).

2.Marketing
3.HRD

MBA in finance / marketing / international relations / IT / HR frm any of the IIMs or Symbiosis

Go for MARKETING, it will be best as you will be master in producing and selling too.
