Two

The result is 4 haploid gametes, but there are only two rounds of division. Preceeding meiosis (or mitosis for that matter) is a round of synthesis, during with time the DNA is replicated and sister chromatids (exact copies of the chromosomes bound by a centromere) are formed. After that the two processes differ.

The first division is meiosis I and the second is meiosis II. Meiosis I results in 2 diploid cells that have independently assorted between the mother's and father's chromosomes. Meiosis II results in 4 haploid cells - 2 maternal gametes and 2 paternal gametes.
