I mean come on, this is reality we need a paycheck to live.
I'm getting a job as a cust. rep (possibly) but it's not what I want to do. It would be excellent pay, decent hours, a great company. Of course I'd love to stay at home with my son as long as I could, but it's not always reality.

I did. Life seems to be full of compromises. My job is important only because it helps provide for my family. Still you can educate yourself, maybe there is something else for you. Become pc literate and work from home.

Maybe you could find a job like typing up doctors notes(medical transcriptionist?) to work out of your home and stay with your son. Or at home day care? It would be great to have a company that had on the job site day care, where you could go see him at lunch. But not very many buisinesses have that.

Your son needs to eat and wear clothes; obviously you're making the right decision.
