Are you here for the points and to climb up through the levels.....and if you reach the top, does this just reinforce that you really do have no life outside of the virtual existence you lead on here?

I don't have much of a life Monday to Friday, I had a very bad accident many years ago and can't work now, my hubby is working as is everyone else I know, so I come on here during the day and sometimes late at night when I can't sleep for the pain I suffer with, it keeps the old grey cells working and its a good laugh to join in the fun, my other options are daytime TV, talking to the walls or my dog, I do have other hobbies too but love this, when your on your own all day it does get very lonely and boring so what better way to have some fun and keep yourself from going stir crazy, some great people on here too.

I am enjoying my time answering questions at Yahoo answers but I dont have life outside of the virtual existence I lead on here.

It is nice to see the points going up and when level 2 is reached it is good that one can vote on Answers. It is also a good thing that one is in a position to report abuses as there is a lot of sick and disgusting things put up for answers which are more suited to the toilet wall. Not that I advocate writing on toilet walls you understand.
I also have learned some things from reading the answers given and have felt pleased to have been able to help with my answers.
I spend only about 30 minutes a day on answers as I have many other interests to indulge in.

Hey i think i just answered this question, another asker hmmmm Theme for this evening...Points and the Virtual Life...Wait that this could be a new reality TV show...Really who cares why, who and if people have a life or not...We all have choices, we choose to be here, whats wrong with that???? I have a wonderful life, plenty of money, a great family and insomnia....severe insomnia...LOL

Yeah. I want to reach the top. I do have i life outside of this, but i try to limit myself to a few hours a week. I am not on hear 24/7.

Hey! I am only here because I really want to learn fun way. I login when I am at work. It does not affect my work, it can not affect my life at all.
I choose questions that seem to interesting and in the process I try to search to find the right answers. Finding an answer has an thrill in itself. Points are just an icing on the cake. :)

I just like the feeling of getting points for answering stupid questions in my spare time and having a good laugh. I could care less about ever reaching the top.

Yes and No.... I really do want to help people with their questions, but of course the points are also fun to receive... But i also do have a life outside of yahoo answers....
