Every woman has different symptoms at different times during pregnancy. There is no symptom that all women have at exactly the same time or stage during their pregnancy.

No not everyone has the same pregnancy symptoms, some get the works, sore boobs, mornings sickness, weird cravings, etc. Some have nothing but a missed period, it all depends on how your body reacts to pregnancy,
I personally found my first pregnancy I was really sick 24/7 for 13 weeks then at week 13 I lost my baby but didn't realize until 18 weeks, then my second pregnancy my first born son, was perfect pregnancy nothing but a missed period, I found my boobs didn't grow much until later in pregnancy, my daughter was pretty much the same give or take. This pregnancy is a drainer, my boobs ache only ever 1 at a time never both at the same time, mornings sickness, tired back pains. I could go on, but I wont.
All I'm trying to say is even the same mother every pregnancy is different, enjoy the easy pregnancy the next one might not be as easy so just enjoy. Congratulations and best wishes.

No not everyone. Some girls sail through pregnancy with little or no problems at all. Others on the other hand have a terrible time, with morning sickness, sore breast etc.
