What will happen if someone gets their head cut off and their brain is then perfectly reconstructed? Will that person come back to life? Why or why not? Also, what would happen if another person had the SAME EXACT brain as you?

Well,if someone gets their head cut off and their brain is then perfectly reconstructed there is no possibility that he/she will come back to life because once your head is cut off then your dead.
